Thought I could finish the field in a couple of hours. I started at 9am and this is the tractor when I finished.

It is that time of year but I don’t really like New Year’s Resolutions.

After 24 hours on the tractor, over the past 4 days, I still only completed about 80% of the field.

Tonight’s Home Chef meal: Sirloin Steak with Blue Cheese Compound Butter with green beans and fingerling potatoes. Very good once again.

Tonight’s Home Chef meal: Acapulco Fajita Beef Skillet with pico de gallo. The meal included bell pepper and yellow squash which I don’t like. However, all together it was surprisingly tasty.

Tonight’s Home Chef meal: Al Pastor Pork Flautas with pineapple and queso fresco. Very tasty.

Today and tomorrow is all about family and celebrating the birth of Jesus. So grateful.

What does Christmas mean?

FaceTime with Florida nephews this evening. The best was when they said, “We don’t want to talk with the girl just Uncle Joel.” The girl is their cousin, my daughter. So funny.

Tonight’s Home Chef meal: Parisian Bistro Bone-In Chicken with dauphinois potatoes and Vichy carrots. Expert cooking level so I’m not sure we did it justice. It was pretty good.

Do you have a teachable spirit or attitude when it is required?

Tonight’s Home Chef meal: Mesquite Chicken with loaded potato wedges. Very good.

Another good Home Chef meal: Umami burgers with mushrooms and Parmesan sweet potato fries. I tried but didn’t like the fries.

Home Chef delivered once again with Steak Quesadilla with Poblano/Corn salsa and Ranch. Very tasty.

Sports and the competition that accompanies can be used to build character.

We could all be a little more thankful.
